Our firm can service most counties in New Hampshire except for Stratford and Carroll Counties. We have three teams (Team North, Team South, Team Claremont) and affiliated handymen and vendors for each area we service. We offer full-service property management specifically tailored to the landlord’s needs. We recognize that each landlord’s needs are different and to meet those needs we offer three tiers of services to select from. Each property and landlord is different so request a proposal for more information and services specific to your needs.

Leasing Services: We offer residential and commercial leasing services as part of our property management package but our firm can also be hired for leasing services without property management. We adhere to all rules, regulations and fair housing standards and thoroughly vet each tenant according to the landlord’s specifications.

Tenant Management: From the move in to the move out and everything in between, our firm handles tenant management including maintenance, tenant complaints, demands for rent, evictions and more.

In addition to the standard leasing and tenant management services, our firm can also offer expense management, project management, and emergency response services.

Project Management for rehab or construction projects: We coordinate with our vendors or the landlord’s select vendors. We can obtain quotes and estimates and coordinate building access. We work closely with the town or city with building inspections and compliance. We also have experience in insurance claims from mitigating damage to working with insurance adjusters and coordinating contractors.

Emergency Response Services: Our firm can do bi-weekly checks of vacant properties to ensure the property is secured, vacant, and no damage has occurred. We also can respond in the event of an emergency such as break-ins, property damage, fires etc. If squatters or property damage is found, we work with the property channels to get the property re-secured and mitigate further damages.
