APRIL 18, 2023 - Principal Broker, Nicole Canavan, of Rune Stone Realty, earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation from the CCIM Institute. The CCIM designation is the global standard for professional achievement in commercial real estate. Less than 10% of commercial real estate professionals have the designation. Nicole is one of only two women operating* in the State of New Hampshire with the designation. The CCIM Comprehensive Exam testing session was held in Boston, Massachusetts.(*operating, not licensed)
